Table Sliding Screen Printing Machine

Application:
Be applied to the flat printing for glass, nameplate, Ceramic colored paper, wooden toy puzzles,engraving and electronic industry such as PCB,SMT tin ointment, and membrane switches .It is also applicable to the flat printing such as golden and silver cardboard ,metal sheet, and other products with the material of PVC, which have high requirement in overprinting.

Features:
1.The platform is adjustable and moveable, which make it convenient to take the material.2.vertical structure, printing plate moves up and down vertically, printing stroke is driven by imported electrical components.
3.The machine adopts Japanese Mitsubishi PLC control circuit, printing and plate moving up &down are driven by independent Current Source.
4.Printing blade moving up and down is pneumatic controlled, printing stroke is controlled by photoelectric eyes, with independent adjustment.
5.Procedures set three-mode, manual / semi-automatic /automatic settings, the time interval during printing is digital controlled.
6.Independent designed machine head moves up and down, which makes it easy to unload and clean the printing plate, scraper / ink reclaiming blade.
7.Double guide column master the clamps arm, and install the adjusting device to adjust the distance between plates at the same time, which is convenient to tune.

Collocation:
1.The whole machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC controller.
2.Circuits adopt Omron relay, AC contactor chint , RIKO Photoelectric eye switch from Taiwan.
3.Adopt Cheng Gang Gear Motor from Taiwan, driven by Variable printing.
4.Printing scraper and reclaiming blade controlled by Japanese SMC brand pneumatic component.
5.Printing up/down & left/right adopt ABBA precision guide rod.
6.Left/right scratchers adopt HIWIN precision liner guide from Taiwan.
7.Printing table adopt suction stainless steel and Shanghai state-owned factory manufactured suction system.
